EC - Secure Area

For Maximum Security, we use passwords that contain numbers, letters, and mixed case.  The case of these letters does matter.  For Instance, if the password was "1234aBcD", none of the following would work: "1234abcd", "12134ABCD", or "1234AbcD".

If you are an EC, when you go to the login box, it should look similar to below.

If you go to an "Authorization Required" screen, then use your "Back" button/control on your browser and re-enter the information being careful to type it in correctly and using the correct letter case.

If your screen refreshes and the fields are empty, re-enter the information being careful to type it in correctly and using the correct letter case
