ARES/RACES: 
For Maximum Security, we use passwords that contain numbers, letters, and mixed case. The case of these letters does matter. For Instance, if the password was "1234aBcD", none of the following would work: "1234abcd", "12134ABCD", or "1234AbcD".

If you are a DEC, when you go to the login box, it should look similar to below. Carefully enter the user name and password in the correct fields. If you go to an "Authorization Required" screen, then use your "Back" button/control on your browser and re-enter the information being careful to type it in correctly and using the correct letter case. If your screen refreshes and the fields are empty, re-enter the information being careful to type it in correctly and using the correct letter case
