ARES/RACES: IMPORTANT UPDATE!
You will want to add the language in Article 3 of "Draft A" located at the bottom right hand corner of Page 19 of IRS Publication 557 "Tax-Exempt Status for Your Organization" (May 2003) to my draft Articles on the CD disk. I just received a letter for the IRS regarding a submission I am doing for Waukesha requiring me to add that language. You might want to consider using the entire form of Draft A rather than my language.
